Thao Huynh has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. Huynh said she stayed home for a few years to take care of her three children, but once they got a little older she wanted to go back to work.
Simply Pho and Grill serves pho—a Vietnamese rice noodle soup made with beef broth—as well as rice vermicelli bowls, banh mi, bubble tea—a Taiwanese tea-based drink—and Asian desserts, including mango sticky rice and fried banana in coconut milk.

Absolutely amazing pho! All of their pho selections are delicious AND filling. Airedale prices for the quantity of food. I am a large man, and I fill up with the regular bowl…but I always order the large because I WANT to finish it.
